Prior to graduating in journalism with psychology at the City University in London, Radka worked in Asia and Europe as a fashion model. Being as curious and daring as a squirrel in an urban park, additionally, she studied pharmacology, philosophy, psychology, natural healing and culinary nutrition (certified by NGI in New York), and earned the Advanced Certificate in Wine from WSET. While managing her former wine blog Winebeing, she contributed to lifestyle publications from Singapore to London. Next to writing, she enjoys scouting for seasonal plants at farmers markets, beyond-the-recipe cooking, foraging, eating sustainably, biodiversity, eastern and western philosophy, immersive traveling, outdoor sports, massages, mindful tea time, socialising with wine, and grounding through meditation and yoga. Floating through a balanced lifestyle, she found her happy ethos in life.
