Prior to graduating in journalism with psychology at the City University in London, Radka worked in Asia and Europe as a fashion model. Being as curious as a squirrel in an urban park, she also studied pharmacology, natural healing and culinary nutrition (certified by NGI in New York), and earned the Advanced Certificate in Wine from WSET in London. While managing her former wine blog Winebeing, she contributed to lifestyle publications from Singapore to London. Next to writing, she enjoys scouting for seasonal plants at farmers markets, creative cooking, foraging, eating sustainably, reading about biodiversity, history and science, immersive traveling, outdoor sports, massages, mindful tea time, socialising with wine, and grounding through yoga. Constantly striving for a balanced lifestyle, the foundation of La Muse Blue, she found her ethos in life.
